Customer service could use a lot of work. The staff are not warm to people but I believe they care about my pets. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars there — the staff should be more appreciative of the fact that the customers pay their salaries.

This Vet is awesome. I would highly recommend them. I had company visiting here June 2022. They had their dog with them. Henri got out of the fence while we were in Orange Beach (he had a dog sitter). The dog ran for better than 3 miles in temps above 100 degrees. When the sitter found him he was in bad shape. It was midnight when we returned home. At 8 AM the following morning I called the Mobile Vet Clinic and they saw him immediately. Dr Greer treated him that day and night and kept us informed every few hours as to his condition. The dog is fine now but would not have been, if not for their compassion with an animal that was not their client. Bravo to Dr Greer and their entire staff. Thank You for being there for us!

I was very happy From time Ms Kitty got there until she left in the afternoon. I was informed on everything by phone several times and also let me know how each thing that needed to be done and the price. I am so thankful we have found a new veterinarian for Ms Kitty.

I was so pleased with the staff and with Dr Greene. The clinic was able to take us as a new patient on short notice for a serious problem with our older dog. We are just moving into the area and our dog had a seizure in our hotel a few days before. The staff were courteous and helpful, kind to our old doggie, and Dr Greene helped us understand what might be going on and what the choices were.

Everyone was so nice as always. I met one of your vet techs for the first time her name was Tanner and she was so sweet and willing to help with my overly feisty dachshund Todd who no longer lets me safely do his nails at home. She set my mind at ease and also Dr Greer was so kind to say they could get him in that day. I brought him by to meet Ms Tanner and she did so well with him. And also it was Kooper’s first visit and they made him feel right at home and were so good with him. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and I really appreciate the time you spent with us. Especially when I had new puppy owner questions. Sorry for the novel I have written but wanted to make sure I mentioned everything.
