The staff was very friendly when I came to pick Presley up.... He has not been boarded in 9 years and being an 11 year old dog I was scared but he seemed to really have a good time and the staff even commented on what a sweet dog he is.

Dr.Greer & the entire staff always takes time to listen and explain things to you. I have never been here and not felt like my pet got the best of care. A rare thing about this office is everyone is always happy & so very nice. I feel better my own self when I leave.

Please inform first time customers prior to arriving that checks are not accepted on the first visit. Other than that my visit to your office far exceeded any other appointment and care at other clinics.

There were multiple discrepancies between the amounts I was quoted on the phone and the amounts I was billed. While I was fine with the amount I paid, the differences in pricing seem either very disorganized or deliberately misleading. I m inclined to blame disorganization, but it definitely negatively impacted an otherwise excellent opinion of your practice.
