This place and the people that work here are amazing!!!

I would just like to say thank you too doctors HAN and staff for taking care of my little Leo who had surgery on his mouth and they did a wonderful job and they gave me a call the very next day in the morning to see how he was doing I deeply appreciate everything the whole staff did. The staff and doctor were all so great!!! They took the time to explain everything. My dog loved the treats and the pictures. I will be coming here again because the staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional.

The waiting time was too long.

The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the tech was grabbing the scruff of my cat very hard when giving the vaccines. This cat has been here very often and is the sweetest cat. Every other one of your staff has commented on how gentle she is. The holding of the cat in that manner is something that wasn’t necessary and is ultimately more traumatizing.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable . Glad I came with Jacob Marley to this animal hospital. Appreciated all reports being sent along with follow-up phone call to answer any questions.

Everyone at Overpeck Creek Animal Hospital is very friendly and genuinely concerned about my pet s health. Dr. Edgar is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of time explaining the my cat, Noel s issues and the concerns he has regarding her health. I had a consultation with Dr. Barnea who was also very kind and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. He mentioned that he is especially interested in helping aging pets. I am very happy with everyone there. I am so glad I was told about this hospital by my friend and neighbor.

Excellent care given. Dr. Barnea is magnificent and would not go anywhere else for my pet’s health care. Superior staff - compassionate, thorough and never feel rushed. All questions are explained in detail and answered thoroughly.

First time here and I was very impressed with the staff, doctor and facilities. Each person who worked with me was professional and made me very comfortable. It was a good experience for my first time here with my furbaby, Oliver. Thanks everyone

Such a great office. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Office was spotless. There is plenty of parking. Doctor explains everything thoroughly.

Everyone in the office was very friendly. They handled my two nervous golden retrievers very well and explained everything as they went along. They listened to my concerns about my girls and addressed all issues. I was pleased with our visit.

This was our first visit; we drove out from Brooklyn because you were so highly recommended by my brother and we were looking for a new veterinary home for our older pet. She developed an eye issue the week we were to bring her in, which was lucky timing! The doctor was able to test and recommend treatment. The treatment was added to our bill and in a bag when we checked out. When we got home we looked up the ointment and found that we could have ordered it on Chewy. Your office charged 400% of what we would have paid had we ordered for overnight delivery. I understand that some may have preferred the convenience of having it right then. But we would have liked the option, especially with a $700 bill that and several thousands of additional work recommended. It makes us skeptical about the additional tests your office wants to conduct. Fecal and urine tests were also included in the labs we paid for but no one mentioned it until a few days later. It would be 2 hours round trip for us to drop off something we could have done at the time.
