The staff members of Union Hills Animal Hospital are all fabulous! They are friendly and caring. I have gone to this facility since I moved to Phoenix two years ago. At that time, my husband and I had three dogs. They treated each of the dogs with great kindness. When we had to put our oldest dog to sleep, they were so supportive of our feelings. We highly recommend Union Hills Animal Hospital.

Front desk is very helpful and beyond polite. My cat was well taken care of and the doctor was an expert at handling him as he is usually fussy with new people. Great experience highly recommend going here.

I called back to get a refill on her meds like the last time I was there in 2017 but the receptionist said no then she told me that I was there in December and in February of this visit which was not true I came in February the December she was talking about was from 2017 so she would not refill the antibiotic for mop when I told her mom still had her cough and she needed a little more medicine she said that I needed to get more X-rays and have her blood drawn which I explained I could not afford that I just wanted more antibiotics for her it helped last time in 2017 we were able to have the antibiotics twice and she was fine 4 2 years so that just broke my heart just wanted to let somebody know thanks Darlene Richardson

We think the world of Dr. Goshert & this animal hospital. We appreciate the fact that we only had to bring Presley in for a quick blood draw but we did not realize that even though she was only being tested for the Valley Fever (to see if the medication was working), we weren t expecting it to be as expensive as it was. We understand that lab work is expensive, but had we been informed ahead of time of the cost, we would have been better prepared. We will always provide for or furry babies no matter what. Thank You!

The staff is always very courteous and helpful.....They treat our little guy Jasper lovingly. The Dr.is so wonderful and I really believe Jasper knows that himself.

Great place to have your pet cared for.

Two things: My dogs both received shots, but I wasn t told what they were for. I know that I can see it on my receipt now, but I think confirming it at the time of the appointment would have been helpful. Secondly, one of my dogs had her anal glands cleaned and she was returned to me with a wet, smelly bottom. I had to go into the restroom and find a towel and water to clean her up, but not before she got some of the mess on my shirt.
