I was extremely pleased with the service and help and kindness I received. My dog is doing so much better, what a piece of mind.

We love this place! Our cats don t like to travel so the location is a big plus, however, the Staff and Dr. Goshert are so wonderful, that we would continue coming here even if we moved ... not planning to move, just saying! Thank-you all!

Good experience

I like this clinic. It feels professional and I trust everyone cares about my pets like I do. The one thing I found about this visit was that it felt like the vet was a little sneaky about charging us to send out a slide for my pet. Although I understand that the vet is not a pathologist. She said she would try to diagnose the slides and it would only cost $40, but if she couldn t and had to send it out then it would cost $220. The way she explained it seemed like a sneaky way to say you re going to pay extra for this and she did come back only a minute or so later confirming that she couldn t diagnose it. It felt a little off, however, I do trust this clinic to do the best for my pets.

I was very surprised that the examination of my dog happened in another room, not the room we were brought to. For any of our other dogs (in other facilities), the exam happened right in front of us so that we could see and hear what you were looking at and for so that we could be informed of her condition and status during the exam. I was also surprised that no questions were asked of me regarding her care as she was a 4 month old puppy and we had never been to your facility before.

The only thing I don t like is the exams are not done in front of us. They take pets to back room. In all my years I ve never experienced that and it makes me a little uncomfortable.

Union Hills is a great vet!

Started coming here because it was close to home, I moved but loved it so much that I’m willing to make the 25 minute drive to bring my dog to the vet.

Dr Goshet and her assistants are great. Very informative and always helpful and patient.

I learned nothing more than what I allready knew coming in. In other words they did nothing at all to help with my situation of my sick dog. They could care less about the animals, money is all they care about.

In the process of moving my 5 dogs to your facility and have been greatly impressed with the care and professionalism shown by your staff. Keep up the good work!
