My only comment for this specific visit would be as this was a “required” visit for a booster shot the additional “well visit” charge I really do not agree with. While I understand, compared to a traditional veterinary office, the rates are much less, when visiting for a required service/visit I do not feel the “well visit” charge should apply. However I do want to say and stress that we love everyone at this office and will continue to utilize as we feel Zeppelin gets great care and their love for animals are prevalent in our visits.

This is the 2nd time we ve had a dog spayed here this year and we highly recommend this clinic. Very professional from he moment you walk in with the front desk until the very end when you leave. Very clean during these weird times too.

The appointment was for spaying so I had contact with staff only so that’s why I gave the provider question 4 stars. The check in /out process was well organized and seamless. Everyone was very friendly which helped ease my nerves. The entrance hallway is big enough to accommodate multiple clients. The clinic smelled and appeared clean. Most of all my puppy’s spaying went w/out a hitch and she’s recovering well. Thank you for providing a caring environment and valuable services at reasonable rates. I’m telling my friends about it!

The staff was super awesome! They made sure that my furbaby was nice and comfortable after her surgery. They treated her like she was their pet and she LOVED all of the attention.

I appreciate you all during this important work during the pandemic. As someone who has also had to work throughout the pandemic and interact with the public, I know it is not always easy. I appreciate you.

I was not informed about the cone that I should purchased for my dog prior to surgery. When I called the next morning I was told most people purchased their cone ahead of their appointment. But as a first time dog owner I was not aware I should ve purchased prior to surgery nor was I offered to purchase from you.

This is a wonderful clinic. I was seen in less than 5 minutes. Prices are going up but they are everywhere.
