Great service and awesome front desk, love this place.

I love this place! Both of the vets I have dealt with are wonderful and the place is well run and efficient.

The only thing that was disappointing was that I thought my 2 dogs were going to see Dr. Welton, and was surprised that instead we were seeing Dr. Clodomir. I liked Dr. Clodomir fine, but I prefer the continuity of my pets seeing the same doctor. The clinic notes stated that the appointment time was changed because Dr. Welton would not be available, and although I received a call around 2 weeks prior about the time change, no mention was made about it being with a different doctor. Since this was a routine annual exam for both dogs, I probably would have rescheduled to a time Dr. Welton was available had I known the appointment change was also going to be with another doctor.

I really appreciated that the one woman took extra time to get me set up with sedatives for my large yellow lab. I didn t know I would need that and it had been such a calmer healing time because she spoke up about that. Thank you! Not sure her name but she had a hard time with Catawba s name saying catawawba ??. Whoever you are - thank you!! He is doing great.

only reason it took a while to get an appt was covid. We thought the front desk staff and vet tech were great - friendly and concerned about our dog. this was the first time we d been here, and thought it was great (our dog who was neutered might disagree with the great ha ha). Thank you for being there and providing this service to the community at a reasonable cost.

I appreciate the prompt response from Kyle at the front desk who listen to Maggie’s symptoms and urgency in my voice. He arranged an appointment with Dr. Elwood just a few hours later. I found Dr. Elwood to be professional and thorough. She shared her findings and recommendations clearly and answered my many questions patiently.

I found this team to be very professional, friendly and very efficient with their processes. Took my pup in for neutering and it was very smooth. I would recommend this clinic!

We LOVE Spay and Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas. (Arboretum) Our Dr and her supporting staff . We are sad to leave as we are moving to the Winston Salem area. ??

Awesome service during Covid-19.

There was a simply wonderful young man who took our kitties back and when we picked them up Kyle was so very very helpful and informative!!!!

I liked the fact that you could only go into the waiting room with a mask on. It was fast and easy!

Considering the fact I was there during ongoing Covid19 issues, I was very impressed with how well organized the systems were. Well done!! Everyone there is always so nice!

I was very happy with this clinic and will recommend it to everyone I know. My little Leo didn t even know he got neutered! Thank you for making this experience so easy and affordable.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The only other thing I would offer would be I didn’t get very good instructions going home on how important a cone would be for a male or how long he needed to wear it. The plastic cone was absolutely ridiculous and he could not wear it. I had to rush out to a pet store and buy another more acceptable way to keep him from licking his incision. I also wasn’t given instructions on how soon he could resume normal activity and since he is a very active dog it’s been extremely difficult to keep him from jumping and playing as usual. I can only assume if he feels like being normal then I should let him. Maybe I should have asked more questions. Otherwise, very pleased with this clinic.

I brought our dog in for his neutering for his first appointment at this practice. The entire visit was fabulous! Tons of Covid safety measures in place and the love and care shown to Sammy was obvious. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be back for his routine visits for sure. Fees are amazingly reasonable as well. Thanks so much!!

I really love the staff. They are so caring and genuine! They took good care of my puppy and when I picked him up they just seemed to adore him. They did that to all the animals that I saw picked up on my two visits. I am going to make them Dash’s vet. Thanks to all of you

My wife took Sammy to the appointment. This was her first time and was unfamiliar with the current procedures. Dr. was friendly and spent adequate time explaining her findings. Receptionists were short and unpleasant in their dealings. Their attitude was that she (my wife) should automatically know the procedure. My wife had told the doctor that they didn’t have her cell phone to call for payment. Dr was supposed to let receptionist know. When they tried to call my cell and no one answered, they assumed that they were calling her. Two different people were involved and were extremely unfriendly to my wife. The lady that took payment handed my wife’s receipt and turned and walked off. No thank you...no have a good day. So far I have been very satisfied with the doctors and assistants, but have noticed several of the receptionists that seem unfriendly.

Love this place. Been going since we adopted Shadow 8 years ago!
