Excellent service. All staff members are kind, helpful, and professional. The tech taking blood from Boomer gets an A+. Getting a 15 month old German shepherd to stand still can be a challenge in itself. I appreciate the thorough and concise email follow up from Dr. Woods who is also a patient, kind soul. Another A+. Kyle...you are super, too!

The clinic is very efficient and friendly. Pricing reasonable compared with a private vet. Although I do wish they would offer special pricing to those women who repeatedly rescue and rehome w/o the requirement of trap cage and ear clip.

The staff was wonderful from start to Finnish. My cat required additional procedure during his neuter. The staff kept me informed and at ease about the added cost and anesthesia. I felt he was in caring and knowledgeable hands. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you

It was a great experience to get our rescue Lola spayed. She also needed a mammary tumor removed and the vet and technicians were extremely helpful!

5 starts all around, Kyle was great everyone i spoke to was friendly and informative. They took such great care of my baby. Even tho the location is longer than I m normally good with, I will be returning for any of gremlins needs.she came home still happy and I have seen many vet visits end with alot of discomfort from the pet. Absolutely perfect.keep up the good worn every9ne of you. Even her incision was great she is healing nicely because of the info given and the care in the whole process. Tysm

The office was amazing the staff was super friendly. They were able to get our 2 little kittens in within 2 days to be seen and treated and even schedule a quicker date to get them spayed and neutered quicker!!!! Yeah!! They are making rescuing smallfry and biscuit our feral kittens so much easier!! They also are so helpful at explaining everything to us since we are new to having pet kittens!!

My most recent appointment was regarding a very scary emergency surgery. The staff were thorough and forward about pricing, timing, and outcomes. While the possible outcome was scary, I appreciated how it was communicated to me and the opportunity I was given to ask questions. I felt confident that the staff and surgeon were doing all that they could to save my baby..AND THEY DID. I am nearly in tears every time I wake up and see her face. I couldn t be happier with our experience and I brag on your office whenever I get the chance. Our dog feels so loved as soon as he walks in the door, and I know he s in good hands. It s clear everyone in your office loves animals, and the care that goes along with is is just as superb.
