I always get an amAzing service from everyone including the staff at the front, the nurses and doctors ! A+

As the Provider and assistant were very nice and caring I did not get a clear diagnosis for the 2nd time and although I forgot to tell them she was having issues rubbing her butt on the floor they stated her private part was swollen they didnt check for her anal glands. So now it will be another trip to the office and a charge. I have been coming for a year and have brought on my sister and was recommended by my best friend. I feel that some front desk staff should be friendlier and peppier to make clients feel more welcome and be understanding to their needs.

My dog has been going to this clinic for 7 years. He is not afraid, which is the highest compliment since he is not the friendliest

If I remember correctly, I saw Dr. Michelle Welton. She was excellent to work with and helped answer all the questions I had about our 1 year old rescue. The entire staff is great and friendly and we appreciate everyone there very much. I read on Dr. Welton s bio that she is also a fellow Hokie so even better :)
