We had a great experience at The spay and neuter clinic of the Carolinas. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. We had our male and female puppies fixed and they received excellent care. Their incisions were so small! About 6 days after their procedures I had some concerns about our female puppy and they had me bring her in to be checked out by the vet same day. We were again welcomed by the staff with friendliness. The Dr. looked my little girl over and all was well. She explained to me what I was seeing and why, gave me advice on how to proceed and sent us on our way. The visit was considered a post surgery recheck and free of charge. What a relief on several levels. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services!

I could not refer your place enough! From calling to make and appointment to the moment I walked out everyone is beyond AMAZING!! The staff makes you feel important and they listen to you (even if it’s a silly question) they always make your fur baby feel relaxed and loved!! The clinic was very clean, staff was very courteous and kind. When We walked in the staff was waiting to bring my pup back , and it was a comfortable transition. At pickup, everything was explained to me related to care and any needed follow up, and I felt like they truly cared about my pups recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Dr. Welton was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. She showed and explained to me the x-rays of my dogs chest and went over several options. Kelly is a good friend of mine and is always the best. She recommended me to bring my dog in for an appointment.

Alexis did a terrific job grooming our 5 month old golden!

This clinic was exceptional, upon arrival and departure with my sweet 8 month old dog. Unfortunately, I don t know what took place after her arrival, or where she was kept upon my return for her, however, she is doing very well post procedure.

They had suffered water damage and were just finishing the repairs when I was trying to make my appointment. Otherwise I’m sure I would have been able to give that 5 stars too. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Everyone at the reception area was really nice and friendly! This was the First time that I have ever been to the Spay and Neuter Clinic of the Carolina s (Providence Road location) I was a little nervous about using them, since I have never met any of the veterinarian s there and did not get a chance to say hello or discuss anything with them, when I dropped off my boy, Jimmy Buffett and my girl, Freedom Blue, this past Thursday morning for the Neuter and Spay. I picked up my babies at about 3:00PM. Both of them seemed nervous and a bit out of it. JB was really acting weird...he was constantly bobbing his head up and down... and not just a few times...it was pretty much constant all the way home ( ten miles, about 20 minutes). But, after a few hours, both kitties seemed to be getting back to normal . Today, Sunday, September 22, 2018, they are both doing good! The incision sites look good too. I really appreciate the staff and the doctors at your clinic! Being able to go to your office/clinic made it so much more affordable! ! Thank YOU ! Terrie Gerringer Stallings, NC

DR Hays,Sarah,Tammy are completely dedicated to the care of your pets.They prove it everyday.They are tops in experience and customer service.Their expertise in this field is so important to me and I highly recommend them because they are so amazing.

Our Vet and staff were very patient with my scared anxious dog! They were professional and reassuring.

The staff was extremely friendly; however, my husband took our dog in and said that he had a hard time getting in and checked in because of others who had dogs who got in front of him. He was having to be extremely careful with our intact Labrador who is not dog friendly and was having an attitude. It seems there were employees who witnessed this, but didn t offer him any help or suggestion. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked him out and I am overall happy with the experience. I only mention this because maybe there could be another avenue to check in for large dogs who are not animal friendly.

All of the staff was excellent not only with me but with my dog. They truly know how to deal with stressed animals making the procedure much easier on them.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit.

I have never had such a caring Vet or clinic take care of my animals. I feel guilty not paying them more than we did since the level of care was superb!!

Professional and amazing people! Everyone has taken such great care of our fur baby. Would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for top notch care for their pets.
