We have been taking our dogs to this animal hospital for over 25 years. We can’t say enough about Dr Murphy & her staff They are the most professional kindest & most caring people we have ever met & that is why we continue to go there for the courtesy & sheer compassion they exhibit for our beloved dogs. recent visit with my Persian cat and Pomeranian to the Grooming facility. Everyone there is so nice, my dog just loves them all. They did a Beautiful job making them both soooo pretty. And both pets came home happy and I know they were well cared for while they were there with plenty of water and attention. Maggie and everyone is wonderful! Thank you.

I am new to Clearwater and was a little apprehensive to go to a new veterinarian even though she was referred by a friend. I was very impressed not only with a technician that came to pick up my dog and brought her back but also with a veterinarian who explained everything very thoroughly. I am very happy with the practice and I will continue to take my pet there.

Mix up on day of appointment but was able to be worked in. Ladies taking the animals back and forth are to be commended. This is a busy office but always take the time with each client. Appreciate all you do and thanks again for accommodating me.

Phenomenal staff. Very accommodating. Dr. was great and explained everything very quickly and simply. She made time for my dog even though I was not established at the clinic. Well, I am now. The staff who checked me out explained the meds I had to give very thoroughly and took time answering questions. I will for sure be going back here again!

My for babies always get excellent care! I wouldn’t think of taking them anywhere else.

It might be helpful, if possible, to have someone provide an estimation of the length of time the visit will be so that people can determine whether to stay and wait or leave and return. I didn’t mind waiting and had work to do, but it provides choice and flexibility and people like those options!

Lily’s wet hills prescription diet metabolic/mobility tuna stew was recalled last Jan. 2019. I have the dry of the same metabolic/mobility except it is chicken. Is there another wet food I should give her or just stay with the dry. I had asked Megan to order the tuna stew but I don’t know if it is still on recall. She may have to cancel that order. I was very impressed with the service I received on Friday.

Everything was perfect, communication and care for our Kitty s was excellent. Wish you could wave a wound and Carris issues would go away :+(
