Very satisfied with service - excellent grading on all 6 questions. Dr. Valentine did a good evaluation of Radar s health. The antibiotics she ordered for his mouth infection seem to be working. Appreciated her follow up call with blood results. She said she would have someone e-mail the results. Thank you, Lucille Jensen

The doctors and staff are wonderful. Milo had not seen the grooming staff for a long time and was very excited to see them. He ran right in to say hello. It shows how kind everyone is and he remembers them all so well.

I waited for 45 minutes with my cat to be seen. The office was obviously overbooked and the staff was overwhelmed. I was more concerned with the stress put on my pet than myself. Way too long to wait to be seen.

I wish the staff would ve given my cat the first dose of meds. It was very difficult when I came home for my husband and I to administer them because he was traumatized from being there. And with the extra sets of hands at the office it would ve made our life much easier.
