I was very please with how the staff and Dr Culpepper took care of Sadie. The doctor gave her a great examination and answered all my questions. Sadie had a bad rash and Doctor Culpepper gave me her cell phone number in case Sadie got worse. That really impressed me. I am very happy the Rena Avery recommend your office

We have been taking our pets there for many years and have always had great service. The doctors always take their time and are very knowledgeable and never seemed rushed. Kristen White has helped with a few behavioural issues that were resolved. All the staff is very friendly and accurate in getting us appointments, information, etc. We would never take our pets anywhere else!

The staff are very friendly and the wait time is short. If I lived in Florida, I would continue taking my bird here.

Dr. Culpepper was absolutely wonderful. My dog was in an extreme amount of pain. She did all she could for him there and after a night there he was not getting better. She helped me with going to an emergency vet for specialty surgery. She spoke with the doctor before I arrived at the facility. They already knew we were coming and had all of the records. She was great and very helpful. I really appreciated everything she did for us.

Excellent place. Friendly, professional and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Hi, This was our first time and we felt very welcome. Jack came in to see Dr. Murphy and was well taken care of. What I liked the best is being able to take him right over to the onsite groomer after the appointment. This was awesome as Jack is an older dog it’s harder to transport him so doing both at the same place made his day a bit easier. The groomer did an outstanding job on him. He looks so cute and no more odors so that means more hugs and kisses for him from the family. he likes that. Thanks for being so caring and doing an excellent job! Paul and Jack

Excellent service. I brought Joffrey in for a nail trim and while getting in the car he broke off a nail at the base. Staff informed me of the complication and explained that the doctor would need to take care of it.he was seen immediately, he received excellent care, prescribed meds, explained in full and a warm and welcome visit from all the staff.
