I can never thank BVH enough for everything you have done for me and my boys. My Drew Bear wouldn t be here today had it not been for BVH 6 years ago. I so appreciate the reminders, I try my best to remember when they are due for their inoculations but time flies. I forget my checkups but the boys, thanks to the reminders, have never missed theirs. The entire team is so caring and friendly. It feels like going to a friends house more than a vet. We are warmly welcomed and both my boys are remembered by at least 1 staff member. Newer staff members remember us on the next visit. I sincerely appreciate the extra time that my techs and vets spend with us. I usually have questions and I have never felt rushed, never been condescended to for my questions and always had both tech and vet take the extra couple of minutes to help me. I only want the best for my boys and the best is BVH. I love not just the questions but the follow up and probing questions, they care enough to make sure they have enough information to make a qualified diagnosis. I sometime forget to express the appropriate level of gratitude, but please know, I can never thank this amazing team of ladies enough for everything you do for my boys and their neurotic mommy! Thank you all, collectively and individually!

You all are the most wonderful caring Vet practice I have ever used. When I had to have my beloved little persion kitty Patrick put to sleep you were crying with us. I thank you so much for that tender caring attitude. I had to bring my new puppy to you for his care now because of your kindness in the past. Thank you so much.

This was our first visit and I was impressed with every aspect of the appointment. While I like to be able to remain with my dog during exams, they offered me the option of taking him into the treatment room to get a blood draw - and I liked the tech so much that I allowed it (she would have done it right there with me holding him). He, apparently, just cozied up to everyone and cranked up his charm machine. He IS a great dog, but I am sure that all of their clients are treated well and especially the 4-legged variety! Dr. Mellott was tops. She is thorough and to the point. Sigh... Our previous vet clinic was never really clean, although I liked the vets enormously. Buttercup was spic n-Span. Every corner was sparkly. This is important to me given how many contagious diseases are out there. Thanks folks!

My only complaint would be there are way to many reminders and confirmations. I get an average of maybe 5 or more reminders/confirmation emails and phone calls for most appointments and refills, etc. Otherwise I am very happy. I love your staff!! :)

Over 20 years and at least 20 pets with BVCH, I would never recommend anywhere else.

I have been taking Henry and Spencer to BCVH for years. I trust the clinic employees and the Doctors with all my dogs needs. I had a concern a few years ago and the issue was addressed immediately and showed me that the clinic and the employees really care about their clients. Houston has been especially helpful and sweet. A special thank you to all the great people that help keep our boys healthy.

I have brought my animals here for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful, from the front office to the vet. The only negative I might have is sometimes I feel like labs or procedures might be pushed. Other than that I love you all!
