So I wanted you to know, Dr Cottier is the VERY VERY BEST Dr. I have ever had at Buttercup! She cares not only about the pets she s seeing but the pets family members as well!!! She s always gone the extra mile. And I love her for it!

I ve been with Buttercup Veterinary Hospital for many years now. Staff is very professional and caring. I ve got 2 cats and one dog under their care and they always have personal approach to each of them with the best solutions in every situation. They treated one of my kitty for cancer and thanks to them our family could prolong her life for another 6 months. Very caring and kind people work at the Buttercup Veterinary Hospital and they have our loyalty. :)

I had a boarding appointment with a bath to follow on the day I picked my dog up. The dog was to be bathed and picked up on Tueday, 4/4/2017. No one told me that there wouldn t be any bath on Tuesday, but that it would be on the previous day, Monday, 4/3/2017. The automated reminder system confused me and I had to stop what I was doing and make a couple of phone calls to the vet clinic to find out what was going on. I happened to call after noon on Saturday, 4/1/2017. It wasn t long (and thank you for that!!) and Lisa/Lucy (not sure of the name - sorry) gave me a call back and explained the situation. It s just that the automated system wanted me to confirm that I would be there for my appointment on Monday, 4/3/2017. Since you already had my dog for boarding since 3/29/2017, and I was 1500 miles away, it just didn t come across quite right. And I wish I had been told the dog wouldn t be bathed on Tuesday, 4/4/2017, when I made the appointment.

Love the doctors and staff here. We have cats and a dog that get treated here regularly and my dog boards here when we travel without her. Highly recommend this vet to all my family and friends.
