Staff is always great! The parking lot handoff was a bit stressful- partly because I brought 2 dogs (not the best behaved) for appt’s. I know that’s not within your control. It worked out and the techs were bery helpful!

The wait was close to 45minutes in the car and the temperatures in low 90’s . The staff was great as always and the doctor very helpful. I am sure the wait was due to the fact the office had seen closed due to the virus. I don’t believe the long wait was something they could control, they had to come out and take the pets in for treatment and bring them back, then check us out with meds and explanations. Unfortunately it was unseasonably hot waiting in the parking lot. The doctor and staff very helpful as they have always been.

Dr. Teresa and her staff are always amazing and so good with Sammy. He has anxiety about car rides but he loves seeing Dr. Teresa and her staff. They make him feel so comfortable.

I had a great experience here!!! The staff was so friendly and I was very grateful to have my dog seen the same day. I wish the billing was explained to me so that I knew what I was paying for but I understand it’s hectic with Covid. I will definitely be back!
