Having just returned to the area after 36 years in Pittsburgh one of my main concerns was finding quality healthcare providers for not only myself, but also my Yorkie Nina. I hit a home run with The Animal Hospitable. Nina is happy too.

Through several pets I have found the practice competent and caring in every way.

I was disappointed to pay for a Senior Well visit and have a bill for over $200.00 where our visit was a collection of a urine sample and a blood draw in the middle of the waiting room.

I love just about everything about Animal Hospitable. Staff is always kind and respectful to my dogs and me. The facilities are neat and clean. I have the highest regard for Dr. Teresa and trust her judgement and knowledge.

Lady years visit we discussed SAGE s dietary regiment. I explained she was on I Am s etc and we worked out how much her feeding should be. At that visit the Vet was abrupt with me and says I needed to do research in my own to calculate calorie intake etc and was slightly off with me. This year s visit when she asked the amount of feeding and I explained I felt I was ridiculed and confronted with Sage perhaps being slightly over weight. There is a manner in which one should talk to customers and I honestly felt again her sarcasm was rude and judgemental. Much to her surprise Sage actually had lost weight since her last visit so no one was giving her extra treats (as she indirectly implied with my two kids sitting with me). There are many Vets around and honestly twice having to go through being talked down to was enough for me to clearly make a more conscious decision before revisiting for our annual visit. Emotional intelligence on how one speaks to customers is if outmost importance in my opinion. Thank you for allowing me to give my feedback.

The vet is very nice to my pet but is cold towards myself and she could be more warm with her staff. I also feel I have to ask a lot of questions to get information about my pets health rather than the vet being more open and explaining things to me. The vet never asks me questions as to how my pet is doing or what my concerns are.

While The doctor is obviously passionate and informed her personal delivery could use some work. Talking in a condescending manner to a pet owner removes the feeling of partnership. While others, in reviews, have referenced her brusque nature and seem to accept it, I find it minimizing. I will do my part in the effort to build that required partnership because I believe in her overall mission.

LOve taking my dog there they are a great with her.

Dr. Terry was her usual brusque self (which I am used to but a new pet parent may not be).

Scheduled time was great and we were in and out within 15/20 minutes for both appointments!! Very courteous n friendly staff!

I especially appreciate all the time Dr. Theresa takes to call me on the phone for blood test results and working through any issues regarding getting prescriptions filled.

We called around 3:45 pm and the receptionist told us to come in at 4:45 pm. We were so impressed and relieved that they agreed to see Tuukka on such short notice and it was a Friday afternoon. Dr. Theresa and her staff are excellent and always friendly. We can t say enough about them. They always take such good care of our Tuukka and for that we are grateful.
