I very much appreciated Dr Christman s advice on correcting Obie s growling. Everyone at your office is very kind and friendly, very much appreciated. A suggestion - add question for scheduling next appt upon checkout - front desk didn t ask to schedule next shots appointment & I realized later, had to call later to set up next appointment & there was no apology made to me for that missed opportunity.

Some of the time, I could not tell if the Vet was asking me questions or just making statements. This was a bit confusing because I did not know if I should respond with an answer, or try to make a note of the statement. One other thing is that I am not totally sure what would/should warrant a follow up call prior to any future appointment. Overall, very friendly. I am excited to see how things go moving forward.Thank you for the help!

We loved our first visit!

The vet was very friendly and caring! I feel costs of service should definitely be explained before giving a procedure. You sedated her, but failed to explain it was $90. A thorough explanation of fees as they are incurred, i.e. asking if it s ok, goes a long way!!! Otherwise the experience was excellent!

It s a shame the medications, which are pretty standard ones, are so very expensive.

the receptionist is cheerful and sweet. The techs are friendly and understanding. The vet is outstanding. These are the reasons I will keep coming back. Thank you.
