I am very happy with the service provided at Nala s appointment. The vet and technicians were very helpful and nice and took the time to explain everything.

Amazing place with staff that is compassionate about their career. The staff was friendly and humorous. They took the time to help educate me on my small mammal. Something I am forever grateful for. Forever a friend, patient and advocate. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone.

I always love going here with my chihuahuas. They work so hard at trying to comfort my girls so that they are not so scared.

I will continue to bring my pets to Dr Christman where ever she is practicing but if you were to move the office to Monona that would be awesome!!

Overall good service. Two comments: 1) I would have liked to have instructions for feeding my pet prior to surgery. This was not covered and I did not think of it until leaving the preliminary examination. 2) I did not appreciate receiving paperwork to sign on the morning of the surgery when it could have been presented to me for signature or review at the preliminary examination.

Very pleased. I’m so sick of vets who just want my money regardless of whether my pet is being treated correctly. My vet of 20 years recently charged me for a fecal test when my dog was diagnosed with an inflamed disk in her spine. I brought the sample in just in case. The vet didn’t even know I brought it, ever mentioned anything about needing a sample or the test and I would never had known if I hadn’t looked closer at the bill when I went to file it away! Before this they told me they didn’t want to give my chihuahua all of her shots at the same time because she’s so little. They had me bring her back a couple weeks later and they didn’t just charge me for the shots, the charged me the “walk in the door to be seen, well we have to clean the room a second time” fee! It was the third year they had vaccinated her and all of a sudden the shots had to be split up so the could could charge me more money!! Heartbreaking! So now I will drive all the was from Mount Horeb to the east side of Madison for a vet who cares more about the health and well-being of my furbabies than the almighty dollar!!

This was our first visit for us, (other than boarding). I was very pleased with Dr. Robert s care for our rabbit. I also appreciated the email summary of the visit that was sent afterwards.

Great appointment as always, I always appreciate the detail and attention given to my cat. Prices have been very reasonable and I couldn t be happier.

You guys are awesome. I particularly appreciate the phone calls from the attending vet, telling me what was found, what was done and what if anything needs to be done next. Thank you

We were surprised by the bandage on Harley’s paw and the way he was holding his paw because of the bandage when we first saw him at home. It would have been nice to have a heads up on that.

I am really happy with Healthy Pet Vet Clinic. I really like like Dr. Oxley-Patterson and also the vet tech we had at this appointment. They are so good with my cat, who is very skittish.
