I like coming here they always take a care of your pets like if I was there owne.

I was helped getting my dog from the car and back out again. It meant a lot to me as I was by myself. I felt my dog was safe and well taken care of. I so appreciate the care and consideration.

All I can say is Dr. T is wonderful and Jim is an absolute Angel. I love the way the entire staff loves my pets like they were their own. Thank you for everything.

Staff forgot to give my dog her vaccination which was my primary purpose. I had to come back to get her vaccinated.

Procedures were prohibitively expensive.

We were charged an extra exam fee of $50 just to look at her ear while she was there. They didn t even do any treatment, just looked and then got upset with us because she snapped at the examiner because her ear was sore. Not a good experience this time.

5 stars on everything! Seager was sick and needed to be seen and you got him in that day! Everyone was very kind and gentle with him, the waiting room is darling, and he received competent compassionate care that has him eating again and feeling so much better. Thank you all so much

I came in for my appointment and they had no appointment for my pet then they said oh yeah the doctor couldn t make it in today we tried calling but your voicemail wasn t set up so I lost hours at work for nothing.alao asked the front desk if she could call my mom if I didn t pick up and she replied are you guys Mexican cause I can t speak Spanish not in a rude way but I was still kinda put off by that

We have been taking our pets to Vineyard Veterinary Clinic for several years. The staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Totman is excellent and very knowledgeable. He is never in a hurry, explains everything clearly and always has time to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Vineyard Veterinary Clinic and have great confidence that they will take the absolute best care of your pets!

Wanted to give 5 stars on all, but 4 stars was all that I was allow to do. :)
