You all are terrific! Warm, caring and it is obvious you love everyone’s pets! I have brought 3 pets to you for specific reasons. Julie, my collie, saw Dr. Mulnix. Miss Thea saw Dr. Thomas and now Toby Tyler saw Sara. I come to your hospital when I think maybe a surgery might be required. Dr. Wheeler, when we had multiple large animals and small animals would do a vet clinic once a year at our home and took care of the horses, he does not prefer to do small animal surgeries as his mobile clinic is not equipped to handle them. You have always been my go to for help. I love that you don’t pressure me in my decisions as to how extensive or invasive procedures should or could be. It is hard enough knowing a pet is saying goodbye...and allowing them to go without heroics, but maintaining a non-painful ending. For that I thank you.

Doctor Gaphne is the best veterinarian we have ever worked with! She is caring, patient, and attentive. Our dogs, who can get very anxious with vet visits, love going to Mulnix. They love it so much that they always race to door and seem at ease in the patient room. We live 50 minutes away, but the drive is worth it because our dogs love it so much. We appreciate all the staff, including clerical, vet techs, and Dr. Gaphne.

All the Doctors and staff have been very friendly and helpful any time we were there. If it wasn’t for Dr. Gaffney suggesting we go to CSU, we wouldn’t have been able to have our Golden Jake for 23 extra months. They are a wonderful group.

This was the first time I ve ever taken a pet to the vet. Y all were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. You answered all my questions in a lot of detail, even when I had to ask more than once when I was confused. My dog didn t seem to mind the visit at all since you were all so good with him.
