Maurice Vet Clinic is the best! Dr Holly is very knowledgeable and also friendly. The entire staff is always helpful. I especially adore Halley because she’s so kind to my difficult cat! Kallie is great at the front desk and exam rooms when needed. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Great place to take your pets!

When scheduling the procedure for our cat, it was a super easy process and the staff member I spoke with was very informative. However, the process your office has in place regarding confirming appointments almost changed my overall impression. I had no idea it was your policy that appointments are cancelled if not reconfirmed. (I confirmed the appointment when I made it). A call came in initially from a Florida phone number that I dismissed. (Lots of spam calls). Then, the day prior I had a voicemail come up later in the evening but showed it had been left that morning. There was no register of the phone call on my phone. When I heard on the voicemail that appointment was being cancelled I as shocked and immediately called. It had been cancelled but had not been filled yet. **if I had been told to watch for a confirmation call that I needed to respond to in order to keep the appointment I made, that would be different. Many offices give reminders but they do not require confirmation. It would be good to incorporate that notice to clients that this is a requirement. Otherwise, our experience with your office was a very good one.
