Great staff!! Very caring and knowledgeable. I switched from my longtime vet to bring my new puppy to Reisinger because of the way they treated my sick, 16 year old dog and me when he had to be euthanized due to his illness. My own Vet could not see him so we came in as Walk-ins and were treated with kindness. Was just as happy with this visit with my new puppy!!!

The staff as usual was great, alot of people/pets were coming in and the staff was so calm, I mean they were great. I know Dr. Casey is happy & proud everyone.

Sarah was excellent in her knowledge, skills, and kindness towards us and Rooster. We had never met Dr Able and what can I say?? He is an excellent addition to the practice. Offered many suggestions and took the time to determine and rule out a problem. Very very impressed. Job well done

we’ve taken my dog and cat up here and the prices are great. best prices and best staff out there. i’m so so happy i found this place because it will be my forever go to for my fur-babies. also shoutout to dr. joel! he’s always been so great to us and our babies. this place definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Can’t praise the staff and especially Kaitlynn. Bella was a street rescue last year and according to Dr Casey, not far from death. Your staff took such an amazing liking to her and followed her thru here recovery. Bella was 30 pounds under weight and had belly worms and heart worm. Reisinger treated her for everything but the heart worm. She needed to gain weight for that treatment. She was treated by my son at Hilltowns Veterinary Clinic in Mass. I brought Bella in on Thursday and we had been away for several months. As soon as we walked in everyone was excited to see her and give her loving. I can’t say enough about your staff and their compassion. I will send everyone I can to you

I was very pleased with my visit. I came in as a new patient walk in and was trreated as though I have been going there for years. Definitely the best veterinary clinic!

great office and staff

We were a walk-in for a heartworm screen but then asked to be seen for Waffles’ paws. Dr. Abel wasn’t there but Dr. Kerri was able to see us. She was so gentle and kind. I am always, always, always impressed with how the staff tends to our pets and needs. I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve never felt not heard or seen. We absolutely love Risinger staff and the job they do SO well!

Everyone is great. Irene is an amazing tech. Kind and patient. The front desk is great. All of the staff is super friendly. My baby Zeus was well taken care of and is healing nicely from his neuter.

I am not sure how this star rating works but I give you a 5 star on everything. My first experience was when my sister took her dog to Forney Animal Hospital for removal of a cyst. The whole experience thru the dog in worse shape to where she could not walk. They offered no assistance or suggestion when my sister called to express her concern. I called Risinger and Jennifer said bring the dog in before 11:00am. I sent my son over to help my sister with her 140 Anatolian Shepherd Dr Megan now has the dog back on her feet. I brought 2 of my dogs in for nail trim, I have 1 more to bring in. After 21 years of going to Forney Animal Hospital, I am changing to Risinger. They care about the fur babies.
