This is the best veterinarian office in the state of TX They are awesome with your pet the love and care they share for animals is amazing. I drove 70 miles back to see them for my pet and will continue to travel back to their office because of the caring staff and awesome Vets.

I have been a customer of Risingers for years. They have always been kind to my 4 legged babies. The vets are very knowledgeable and the ladies at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. No complaints coming from me.

I have never had any bad experiences with Dr Casey or his staff. I drive 75 miles one way past several Vet practices just to have Risinger Hospital handle my vet needs.

I was in a bit of crisis and the staff from the first call was extremely kind and compassionate. I believe Janet answered the phone and When I asked if there was any way for me to come in on a Saturday rancher was promptly absolutely it is. She had shared with me that Saturday’s could be a lengthy wait and just wanted me to be aware which was not a problem. When I arrived I called in within five minutes someone came out and got me. When I went in the vet tech that I do not remember her name was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and then Megan Harris came in and equally took so much time with me explained everything and was also so kind and compassionate. I sincerely appreciated this.

Bailey (tech) is so helpful and attentive. I enjoyed speaking with her throughout my visit. Typically, I will forget to say something or maybe have to repeat myself to gain best understanding of next steps following my appointment, but Bailey was so thorough our entire visit and didn’t miss one single thing discussed. I so appreciated her care and attention to detail.
