Dr. Casey and all the staff are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. To no fault of the front desk ladies, as they are helping other customers, the phone lines are more often than not busy so you have to keep calling and calling until the line is free. Sometimes takes a while and can be a bit frustrating.

We LOVE bringing Merle to visit his friends at Risinger’s!! ??????

I was so impressed with this visit , taking a new dog that I don t know anything about was difficult but Dr Lisa was a jewel. I had everything covered for the dog & reassured. I have wanted to talk about the last visit for my Buddy, it was hard not seeing the Dr. there were things I needed to ask, when he died three days later , I was not prepared. I do wish someone had had the empathy to call after to say how sorry you were, I really hurt. Thanks for listening

Loved the convenience of same day service and the wait in our car was very minimal, making it a great experience for my dog. She didn t have time to get anxious. Staff was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Risinger Veterinary.

I liked meeting outside. I would suggest a line—up system like a drive thru to avoid having to call on the phone. It could be staffed by speaker or by a person there to take animal and another rotate out for the next client.

I would never take my pet anywhere else. Great people and care.

As always, top notch from staff, vets, everyone. I live 30+ miles away, there are at least 5 veterinary clinics near me. But I will always chose Risinger Veterinary Hospital. You’ve all been so good to my pugs & other animals I’ve brought in. There’s no place better. -V. R.

Trying to get through on the phone once we were there was a little annoying. Wait time was a little long but understandable, staff was great, wasn’t inside the facility.

I like everything about Risinger. I first brought my old rescueDoc when Dr Stacy Lowery was filling in. I love the fact that small and large animals are all welcome. I know that my pet will be given the best care by all of the staff. I drive 55 miles each way because I trust the staff, and they always make sure to answer any questions. You get A plus from me!

The people are all very nice. They listen to all your concerns and they want to make sure they get your pet healthy.

As I had taken a vacation day from work, the waiting time was not an issue. We always love coming to Risinger! Given our current Covid environment, you folks are, as usual, doing an above excellent job. Thank you for being there for us.

The staff was quick and very thorough at answering my questions. It s a weird time with social distancing to go to a new office, but we were happy with the way things were handled.
