Megan was amazing and followed up with Monday when I called about a separate concern. Tracker went in again on Tuesday and Megan was very thorough to make sure Tracker did not have an underlying issue causing his frequent urination. I cannot say enough about how good we were treated, the attention Tracker received, and how everyone tried to help us. Thank you and God bless you all!

Our wait time was long but our appointment for 3 dogs was a Friday at 4 pm. We were informed there was several emergencies throughout the day that led to the delay and they were actually waiting for their big room to clear out so we could all go in together. The 3 stars for wait time was because of this. However, I totally understand the circumstances and really liked how the staff updated us and let us know just why there was a long wait time.

Dr. Lisa is the sweetest and caring vet we ve seen there so far concerning our Tater Dog and late cat Coco. Keep her around. Tater is feeling a bit better since being back on the acetacolyene meds. Thanks Dr. Lisa for not giving up on my Tater. Please tell her this. James Adams
