I had an 11:30 appt. When I arrived, I was told you were running behind because of an emergency. My dog had to be seen as she was miserable from allergies. I was willing to wait. At 1:00, I was asked if I had been helped as I was the only one left in the reception area. I did get seen, but no one explained to me what happened. I heard one lady check in who had a noon appt. As I said no one was in the office at 1:00 but me. I never heard our name called. I was on the extreme other side of the room by the dog food. There was a small dog on that side that barked incessantly so maybe I couldn’t hear my name over that dog. But I don’t know what happened & no one explained anything to me. I was just glad there was still a doctor to see. My dog got her injection & meds & is 1,000% improved. That was the important thing not my time.

Didn t get the nurse s name but she s real sweet and gentle with chiko. Dr. Casey was really helpful,nice,and gentle with chiko too.

Risinger Hospital has ALWAYS provided top notch service. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone has always been friendly, courteous & professional. One could not ask for a better veterinarian facility to to trust our beloved fur babies with. I live 30 miles, and there are several veterinary practices close to me. I’ve not once ever considered them. My trust & my fur baby go-to place will always be Risinger Veterinary Hospital!

Y’all are all wonderful people! So caring and patient! I have had to wait to be seen a couple times and have had the opportunity to see the front desk at work, and let me tell you, they have so much kindness and patience with people and the animals! Even when it’s so hectic! And Dr Risinger is so kind hearted! The vet techs are amazing to, thank you Sarah Long, for all you kind words and help with Izzy! Again, I thank all of you and wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else but Risingers!!

It was hard to figure out what I was supposed to do on the survey. There were no instructions. I was very satisfied with everything at the hospital.

As usual, staff and doctors alike were friendly, helpful, and kind to all furry children and their parents as well as to one another. Mistee and KoKo saw Dr. Lisa and Dr. Glen for the first time. Both doctors were great with them and my kitties responded so well to both. Thank you all.

I have two cats I bring in for yearly physicals but they have anxiety and one of them now has asthma so it exacerbates her symptoms when I bring her in to the office full of dogs. The only suggestion/request is when I bring them in if I could be taken to a quieter room without all the other animals around and wait. :) Other than that we love y all and y all always do a wonderful job with our girls and offer us very helpful information to keep them happy and healthy!!!
