They whole experience was great. You ll were referred by Petco in Terrell cause they could not get my fur baby in on Monday. And he needed to be seen asap. Due to allergic reaction to a new food I had put him on. Can not say how grateful I m to you ll. Both the vet tech and the doctor were awesome. Took extra care and time with my baby Brazos River. ??

Went as a walk-in, first visit, just for rabies shot. Dr. Kerri did a thorough exam and talked through everything. Delightful! I was very pleased and confident in her. I will stay with her as our vet for sure!

We were seen on an emergency basis when every other clinic near us including our usual vet were unable to and turned us away. We were really scared about our puppy, and she was taken care of in such a quick manner. Really appreciated the emergency services done and although the clinic was SUPER busy, staff were still kind and attentive when needed, as well as informative. Just kind of thanking all of the front staff who helped us, Ashley who kept it cool for us and explained everything, and Dr. Abel who looked over our baby. Ridley is doing well after being seen, we are so grateful for the clinic seeing her despite being busy.

Dr. Abel was very patient and pleasant to deal with. We brought in all four pets for one appointment. Sarah was terrific as well. The two worked together well. I know it might have been confusing dealing with all four in one appointment, but they made a great team. Dr. Abel is a great addition to the staff…informative, gentle, and caring.

Very large and busy veterinary hospital; but, it was hard to tell. Everything seemed to run smoothly and wait time was not bad at all. We love the fact that pets are accepted first for an emergency, followed by appointment, then walk-ins, etc. The reason we moved from our former veterinary office was that it took us approximately 10 days to get our puppy in for what we felt to be an emergency. Keep up the good work. You guys are doing things right. Risinger Veterinary Hospital is a very good pet hospital...
