I so appreciate their ability to fit me in despite of their full schedule. As busy as they were, they still checked the dog out beyond what she was in there for. They checked her teeth and found a crack and determined her little tumor was benign. I went in for an ear infection. Plum Creek Vet is awesome

I have used 4 vets as an adult pet owner. Plum creek was and has been far and away my best vet experience. It was easy to get an appointment, they were able to schedule me promptly, my wait time in office was negligible, the office staff were friendly and efficient, the veterinary staff was knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything I needed to know, and the prices were significantly lower than comparable services I have had at other vets. Most importantly, they treat my little buddy with empathy and love. It feels a bit disingenuous to say this but they have been literally perfect. The office and staff do not appear to be “working” for their high level of professionalism and caring…it seems to just be how they naturally are. I will be a customer for life.

I really liked doctor Mercedes and the assistant she took her time explained everything thoroughly and I would like her to see my dogs every time I go. I really appreciated the good customer service I got from the front desk and they got me in timely thank you

We just switched to this provider. I can’t speak highly enough of them! They usually have to schedule 2 weeks out but I was able to get in a cancelation list and get in almost IMMEDIATELY after scheduling. Can’t thank them enough!
