I have been a client of this facility for many years. The staff is always so polite and seem genuinely interested in the wellbeing of my pets. I would and have highly recommended this vet clinic to other ppl I know. : )

This last appointment was not good

Had an appointment for my dog to receive her rabies n another shot. This appointment was made for 3 weeks after I was there for her 1st puppy visit. When the doctor got into the room he said he couldn’t give her the shots as it was too early for her to receive them. Then WHY DID U SCHEDULE FOR ME TO COME IN!!!????? I don’t have all the time in the world n NOW I have to come back in another week! Could have called me to say could you please reschedule as it’s too early for your dogs shots? Common courtesy would have been appreciated! Guess I may be looking for another vet if you can’t have common courtesy to your patients

Seems like your prices have risen significantly since moving to new building. Should have discounts for multiple pet families and loyalty to your practice.

I absolutely love dr fuller. 2 months ago i brought my boston terrier in after being attacked and he was wonderful. We actually thought he was gonna have to be put down and he has done 110% turn around.

Ours was a house call so we re not able to rate the office.

Pricing has always been on the high side you do your best to work with me and you do normally have rebates on preventative meds but good care is hard to find and I always get good care

Nowadays it s hard to get a speedy vet appointment. They can give you an appointment within a reasonable time period. They keep good records so you don t have to repeat your pet s information. The prices are reasonable. I m going to continue with them.

The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The secretary allowed me to pay for service during my wait. I loved how one of the techs informed me that they were having trouble with the soft paws glue. I knew the first time my cat got them put on it took about 7 minutes, this time it took about 20 minutes but that was okay since I was notified right away that they had trouble with the glue. It decreased anxiety. One suggestion is that you offer a differentiating cost for getting 2 paws done versus 4. Getting 2 or 4 softpaws done is 35 bucks no matter what, please consider lowering the price for only getting 2 soft paws done. Thank you.

I appreciate the time that Dr. Fuller spends with my pet - answering all of my questions. The staff always fussed over my dog - who’s is just like a member of my family. I have been bringing my pets here for close to 15 years

Sophie is having some complications from her recent surgery. Everything was explained to us and I was reassured that the problem was not from anything that we did wrong. The words said to me meant the world to a sobbing dog momma!

It was hard to be seen because I prefer one vet over the others.

A lady was being trained at the front desk. My husband I felt so bad for the new lady being trained. On the way home we both commented that the trainer was being very impatient and condescending to the new employee. There were a few customers waiting to be seen by vets. I felt really badly for the new employee. My husband commented nobody should be talked to that way. I wasn’t able to rate the stars, but I would rate everything else high.

The online pet pharmacies I use have had difficulty getting a response from the office. 3 of my 4 pets are on lifelong prescriptions and I shop around for the best price, sometimes between different pharmacies. A process to eliminate the delay in approving electronic medication requests would help ensure my pets continue receiving their medications. This would be extremely helpful. Then I won’t have to bug the office girls so much! Thanks for treating my pets like family!
