Everyone was very kind to me and my dog. Very clean and well kept facility. The Doctors, techs, and front desk staff were very friendly! I m glad I chose this hospital for our family dog!

Margaret fit us in because of a cancellation. We really appreciate the attention she gave our appointment request. She took notes and conferred with the doctor and called us back with the appointment time. Very helpful and kind. Perla attended to us at our appointment time and was very caring and explained everything to us. Dr. Kasper was her usual friendly self and explained our options.

I love Dr Carlson, she is awesome. My Tech Perla was so sweet to Roxxi and did great to calm my otherwise scared dog down.

My appt was an emergency injury of my dog. I greatly appreciated that even though Dr. Kasper was in surgery, she set up an appt to see my dog between surgeries. I also appreciated the staff answering the phone to check with Dr. Kasper first before determining if I could be seen or not. I truly appreciated all of their assistance.

Your office needs a public restroom for paying customers. I m elderly and when I bring my pet in for medical attention, I also need to be able to tend to my body s urinary functions even if it means going outside to a Porta John.

This was our first visit to the clinic with our puppy Birdie. I called on Wednesday, and was able to get an appointment on Thursday morning which is pretty much unheard of. The office staff was very nice, and Dr. Kasper was as well. She explained everything, and also gave us pricing, which we thought very reasonable. Hopefully we won’t have to take Birdie to the vet again anytime soon, but if we do, it will be here to see Dr. Kasper ??
