I appreciated getting in the same day for our appointment. However, I thought that I had been clear when I asked for the hind legs of our kitty Cider to be cut close so she doesn t end up with a mess in her behind. I was dissapointed when I got home to see that very little hair had been taken off. Her nails were clipped nicely but for $40, I was bummed as I had to trim her hind legs myself today.

There is a vets office at the end of my driveway, but I choose to drive the 18 minutes to you guys cause I feel the team and service is great. Thanks for all you do! love, Maisy and her mom (Amanda)

Thank you, everyone was nice, friendly, and professional! We have been going there for years and there was a period pre-McNutt where the front desk worker was not very nice and the office seemed a bit out of control. We re glad to see it doing well again! :)

I saw a new doctor (male) when I brought Bo in and I wasn t introduced to him he just came in and started attending to my dog. I suppose I could ve said Who are you? but he should introduce himself next time. I looked on my paperwork to see that his name (I think) was Heath McNutt...Brother? Husband? to Amanda McNutt? Overall care for Bo was great.

Always appreciate being able to get in in a timely manner...Miss Molly is getting up there in age and it is getting harder to get her in a vehicle so have to be able to get in when my son is available to get her in the car...Thank you again for taking care of my baby girl...
