Happy with all aspects vets, service, and facilities. The only reason I put 4 stars for hours is that I’m in DBQ every Saturday. Being quite a distance from the clinic, I am here to do multiple chores. Consequently, I miss Saturday morning hours. I haven’t needed those hours frequently, but appreciated them rather than having to make an emergency call.

We are so appreciative! We came in because our dog was having eye issues and was miserable. We had gone to a different vet first and didn’t receive much help. Dr. Wagner was very thorough and explained everything throughout the appointment. We ultimately need to see a specialist, but she still helped give our dog some relief in the meantime. Thank you so much!

The Staff and Dr were awesome, my dog had a meltdown, and hurt is nail coming in, they were excellent helping me and the dog, this why I come to Adams.

All five stars!! Dr. Connie always takes time to listen. She loves Ronan. She problem-solves. She communicates extremely well. Even after the appointment, she noticed something she questioned in an online order so I got a message. She was just making sure things were right. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Mary was amazing during our after hours call. She was patient and kind. We came in again the next day when I noticed something different going on. Dr s. Sam abd Connie saw her and were also great. We worked a plan for Bella s treatment and they have all been great!

The person who examined our cat, KitKat, did not give the consideration to the case I expected (based on previous experience when Dr. Adams would see her). I thought it should have deserved more consideration to the current physical condition. I reported KitKat was sick for many days so the vet knew that. The cat was dehydrated and had a even had a temperature. Even we could tell both symptoms. The attending vet did not appear to see those considerations important nor examined for them. The most emphasis was on the x-rays that should be taken to determine whether bladder stones were involved. I confirmed that while talking with the attending nurse. The cat is doing better after treatment for UTI. I say all this because your survey questions do not include what I think are more searching questions to relate to your performance. Unless the standards that Dr. Adams set are restored, we will find a new vet. I would hope you will call about this to confirm the quality of examinations I pay for include a much, much higher standard of examination than I received in the last two visits.

I brought my new puppy, Coco, in for spaying. I don’t remember names, but the woman who met with me prior said she would be assisting Dr Adam’s today. She was so sweet and caring and very, very thorough in explaining what was to be done that day. I could tell she genuinely cared for my pet, and she was very sensitive to my feelings of apprehension; although, I have complete trust in Dr. Adams. The same was all true of the girls that helped us when we picked her up that afternoon.
