I realize things will change Bc of Covid and I would be happy to wear a mask and even gloves if needed. I was not happy that I could not go in with my dog. I could not talk with Vet until after appt was completed. I paid to have nails clipped and had to bring him back to the office a second time Bc she did not do his dew claws and they were curling. I don’t trim his nails Bc they are black and am not comfortable to avoid quick. I also paid to have anal glands checked and expressed and I have no idea if this was done as she did not mention this in report. I love your clinic but will not continue if I can’t come in. I did not know this Vet either. She seemed nice enough on the phone but don’t know how she is with my dog. I have always been extremely happy with Dr Adams care. I am sorry for poor review but had I been allowed in I would not have required a second visit. Also I was not told to bring a stool sample when making appt so will have to come back a third time...

Dr. Connie Niklasen was excellent. She took her time to explain things thoroughly and made sure my pet felt comfortable through the entire appointment. She also gave me a follow up call to check on my pet, which was so nice. She showed a compassion and understanding, which I really appreciate.

Dr. B was amazing and compassionate to ms. Rosie. We just adopted her from the humane society and she looked sick. I couldn t wait til Monday to get Rosie in to be seen she was miserable. I usually go to keywest since it is a bit cheaper for my budget but I think I may have to make an acception and change vet offices. I was very impressed. All in all Rosie is back to her normal self late that evening. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding visit. I called in the morning they worked to squeeze me in ASAP. Took care of my dog, Stewie, pretty much the instant I arrived. Showed great care and concern even though I may have been overreacting on my level of worry. Customer for Life!
