Dr. Connie Niklasen was excellent. She took her time to explain things thoroughly and made sure my pet felt comfortable through the entire appointment. She also gave me a follow up call to check on my pet, which was so nice. She showed a compassion and understanding, which I really appreciate.

Dr. B was amazing and compassionate to ms. Rosie. We just adopted her from the humane society and she looked sick. I couldn t wait til Monday to get Rosie in to be seen she was miserable. I usually go to keywest since it is a bit cheaper for my budget but I think I may have to make an acception and change vet offices. I was very impressed. All in all Rosie is back to her normal self late that evening. Thank you!

Great customer service and felt like the Vet took the time to go over what was going on with our dog. The only frustrating part about the visit was the 30-40 minute wait before being seen.

Would be more convenient for working customers if you opened at least 1 hour earlier.
