I loved being able to drop off and have information shared over the phone. It was very convenient to just pick up and pay without having to attend an office visit. Your prices are very high.

The regular appointments have acceptable openings as far as a wait goes. I gave 2 stars for question #1 because of the lengthy time one must wait to have a cat groomed.

I was surprised to be seen by a different Dr than the one who saw Tyrent in past visits, so that s the only thing - I would ve appreciated a heads up on that. But the new Dr was lovely, we ll enjoy seeing her in the future!

Really appreciate the extra attention to Keegan who soiled himself. Taking time to clean him up!
