First time in this clinic and it was top notch. Took us right in snd dr gave our cat the most thorough exam we have gotten . Very compassionate staff and doctor,

There was a misunderstanding as to weather there would be an exam that day but they made accommodations to make that happen, which I appreciate.

We have been bringing our large breed rescues to the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg for 15 years. From extensive dental work(on a Neapolitan Massive who lives in the streets for an undisclosed amount of time) to cancerous tumor removal, we have continued to be so pleased with the quality of service, follow up care and professionalism.

Highly recommend them. Great experience for me and my cat.

They have always been great to me, even when my dogs haven t been their best. They are saints.

Don’t dismiss, be loyal to loyal customers, and don’t focus on playing with the animals if you can t properly look over the animal and listen to your customers at the same time..

I noticed this time that, rather than scruffing my spicy cat, he was held around his throat. I don t feel like that is a secure hold, and seemed traumatic for my cat. Just something to consider. Thanks for all you do!

I love The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg and all the staff members. Been taking my animals here for a very long time and do not foresee any reason to change that. :)

The doctor spent time listening to us and recommending only what was necessary. We appreciated that he wanted to start with food changes before spending money on expensive tests for possible IBS. We will continue to see him and recommend to everyone we know in the area.

Autumn, Rachel, Izzy, and Ashley are always over the top wonderful. I can’t truly find something negative about any experience I have had. One suggestion I would make would simply be to mention any procedure and its cost to a pet parent first. I would have said yes to the procedure we had done today on Hank (the flush) but it would have been good to know it was going to be done and the cost for it first. Not a big deal for us because we trust Dr. W completely, but other parents might not have been happy about that (I have seen comments on FB along these lines from others).
