All your vets are excellent. I really appreciated how gentle and considerate Dr. Murray was with my cat. My cat gets very anxious, and Dr. Murray was exceptionally gentle with her. I also learned so much about caring for my cat and her ailments during our visit. I did not feel rushed either. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the vet didn t know what was wrong with our dog. We left with the same questions and issues we came in with, just out nearly $200.

I’m upset I was charged for a “visual examination” and no answers. The vet tech wouldn’t even try to touch my cat with the protective gloves on. I honestly wish I could get a refund as I felt I threw away $60 to have my nervous cat “visually examined.” My former vet would have never charged me if my cat was too upset to be handled. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with my past visit.

Instructions on how to give medications, especially liquids, would have been very helpful. Otherwise, a good visit.

My experience has always been positive from the minute I walk in the door until I leave. Staff members are knowledgeable and treat clients with respect and kindness. My dogs receive excellent care every single time.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic in Laramie! I always appreciate the wonderful service that we receive. Awesome staff just waited at least 10-15 minutes for anyone to come into our room. Not good for the dog who is freaking out.

I had a bad experience with a vet last year so I was really scared when our puppy got sick again. When I took her to gem city the vet listened to all my concerns and took really good care of her. They also put up with me calling and checking on her 3x a day. I cant thank you all enough for saving our baby. ????

It is difficult to schedule a routine visit, as the clinic is usually booked far in advance. However, when my animals need urgent care the clinic has always had an opening.

Crystal as always had the right answer, she is fearless, knowledable ,gentle,intelligent and my pits bestie! And they don t really get along with anyone but her lol and her tech was also fantastic (sorry I didn t catch her name). I was told I have to have a pretty expensive procedure for my cat. They were helpful, but it would ve been helpful if they talked about a payment plan.

I was charged for a cone, it was way to big for my dog, that was the only thing I found frustrating.
