We had a very good experience, everyone was incredibly nice and attentive, and the veterinarian was thorough.

All the staff and vet were very helpful in treating my K-9 and trying to figure out what was/is wrong with him.

Dr. Walker is always very thorough and cares deeply about my dog s health. Very much appreciate having her as our vet!

The veterinarian, Dr Spicer, was courteous, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She communicated well with my old Veterinary clinic in Aurora CO. I give her five stars for everything!

I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment, but waited for 20-25 minutes. I think it was just a matter of being a bit understaffed on that morning. People were really apologetic and nice about it, but the appointment took quite a bit longer than I thought (since it was a fairly quick nail clipping for 2 dogs). I did appreciate a few different staff members acknowledging the long wait time and being apologetic (without me having said anything).

Great experience. Would be glad to recommend.

I came to drop my dog off not realizing she had kennel cough. Understandably, I had to remove her immediately. I expressed that I was stressed because I had a meeting soon and the vet came out almost immediately to see my dog so I could get to my meeting on time. Amazing as I know they were booked solid.

My service dog Anela and I have always been treated well by all at Gem City vet. The care and treatment is always 1st class with charring and compassionate staff. Thank you all

I think everyone at Gem City for always taking such great care of Hunter and Daisy. Daisy always appreciates the extra attention, and Hunter always appreciate the extra treats.

You all are great. My greyhound whines a lot, but you all treated her so well. Lyndie loves you too, despite the fact that you stuck her with needles!

We visited Dr Dixon because Dr Gill was not available. I am very disappointed with the care that was given to my dog. My dog has never shown any agressive behavior and Dr Dixon caused my dog to snap at her. She was very anxious which caused my dog to become anxious. She also was quick to get in his face rather than introducing herself to him to check his gums which aggravated my dog, causing him to snap at her. Then instead of asking me to help calm my dog down she said the only way to look at his gums was to sedate him because he was being aggressive. I do not feel like Dr Dixon handled the visit professionally or calmly. We have visited Dr Gill and have never had any issues, also I have trained and worked with my dog so situations like this do not happen. I brought my business to Gem City Vet for Dr Gill but I will not be returning.
