Everything was fine except the bill, our dog got an x Ray and a Lyme disease check. Those were $150, I never saw the X ray but was told the dog was fine and no one mentioned the results of my dog s Lyme disease test, except all was good. I wish I was told about the costs up front and there was a little more discussion about the tests. Otherwise, we are going to keep with this practice for our dog.

Prior to moving to Orange Village 11 years ago my son and I lived in North Olmsted. The Veterinarian there was Indian, hard to understand, had a small office that was not always clean, and the waiting room had a single door that opened directly to the outside. Meeting Dr. Rogoff, his very friendly staff, and having access to the Orange Village Animal Hospital has been a blessing to both our cats Midnight and Missy as well as to both my son Dean and myself.

They have been incredible. Made us feel very comfortable with leaving a family member with them, they dealt with a crazy pet parent who called every hour and didn t make me feel like I was annoying them.

We were nervous going into the surgery but Dr. Rogoff did a great job on our pug s elongated soft palate surgery and he is breathing better than we ever expected. We will continue to bring our dog Doug here for as long as Dr. Rogoff will want to see him.
