Didn t coonunicate in person with tech or Dr. Altman as ELSA seen while at Daycamp but felt she got excellent care and attention and follow up was very good both when I picked her up and the next days phone call from Lydia. Very happy with care given.

I lost my cocker of 17 years a few years back. After moving to Evergreen I decided it was time for another dog. After trying another Evergreen practice, we found Mt. Parks Vet Hospital and Dr. Altman through neighbors. As new clients, Dr. Altman spent a great deal of time answering questions and offering direction. Snowshoe was just recently spayed and I was super impressed with the quality of service and care- Julie at the front desk calming nerves, Larissa as tech providing info and a tour of the operating room with compassion, Dr. Altman s surgery expertise, Casey stopping to say Hi to Snowshoe, detailed, specific easy to read step-by-step procedure summaries and home directions after also given in person, Lydia helping with the follow-up. Top-notch facility and staff. Thank you!

My appointment was great. I felt that I left informed and educated on the options for my pet. The only downside was when I went to sign my pet up for Doggie Day Care, it showed I had a $4.16 balance, which I thought was wierd since I paid in full at check out. When asked what it was for at Doggie Day Care, she said she didn t know just knew it was a balance and had me pay for it.

Very happy will be back with our other pets.
