The entire staff is very client focused. We feel our pets are well cared for. They guided us through a challenging pregnancy with our golden retriever. It was a small litter (3) but all are healthy and VERY active boys.

I m very happy with the care and treatment for both my dog and myself at Mountain Parks Vetrinary Hospital. Dr. DiMeo and the vet techs are friendly, thorough and professional. I received an up-front estimate for my dog s procedure that included every potential cost. Thankfully, the end bill was lower, but I would much rather it be less than expected instead of more.

I really like Mtn Parks but the receptionist (not Lydia) was a bit terse and seemed in a bad mood. We had questions and after the urine collection did not see a doctor or vet tech, so the receptionist kept going in the back to get answers to our questions. There was a different vet there, not Doctor DiMeo. We truly appreciated that s doctor Dimeo called us with results in 24 hours. Thank you, doctor. That s the kind of service we expect from our vet! Our fur babies are a part of our family and we appreciate the prompt results. Everyone has a bad day, so we aren t going to say anymore.

We were there almost an hour and a half, no other patients were in the clinic. The doctor didn t show up for 30 minutes past our appointment time, no explanation given on his delay. Blood draws took over 15 minutes each with no explanation on why they took so long and no explanation on why the whole visit took so long. They tried blood draws from two legs on one dog, when we took the bandage off we discovered her leg had been shaved so closely it was raw. I don t know if her leg caused her pain or if she was held too tightly but for 2 days she screamed when she was picked up. She is 15 and has many health issues so this added problem was not appreciated. I needed prescription refill orders but the doctor indicated it would take him too long to write the orders so we would have to come back another day. He called the next day to question why we wanted the quantity of refill even though we told him we were leaving the state for 4 months. The vet tech we saw was a trainee, not really a problem but it seems like she should have had a mentor with her during her interaction with us and our pets. Dental is recommended for one dog but I do not feel comfortable with the expectation she would get good treatment and care. Overall, we were less than satisfied with the new owner at this clinic and will probably seek treatment elsewhere in the future.
