We were just in for a weight check and nail clip. They were gentle with my very nervous Gracie.

Everything went well and someone called the next day to see how our dog was doing.

I didn t board the two dogs the last night though I prepaid it. You refunded me $24 not the $30 I expected. I also asked you to refund this to my card which you SAID you would do. Having a total left hip replacement surgery, I got stuck with an unexpected whopping $480 blood thinner Rx my insurance wouldn t cover. I would appreciate the refund, not a credit, as this really hurts the home finances.

I left very upset; the diagnosis of my sweet Lily was a huge sad surprise. I must say that everyone was very caring, but very slow. The explanations were confusing and iffy and I was frustrated with not having a clear understanding of what to do. We opted to bring her home and love her. I wish we had a diuretic to make her more comfortable or a laxative to help her poop. We are just trying to make her comfortable. A follow up call was nice.

We were sooo very happy with the groomer who cared for our doggies!! We will return for sure!!! From beginning to end, the entire services, from check in to check out, were outstanding!!! Thank you!

The vet had an emergency while I was there so I didn t get to spend as much time with him as I had wanted. I had questions that didn t get answered. I wasn t upset because of the emergency, but would have liked to have spent more time with him for $50. I don t feel like I got what I paid for.

Happy with all above questions, but when I clicked on the boxes they wouldn’t darken. So just wrote this note. I drove from Topeka to Manhattan for Riley to get his care so yes am happy with his treatment and care. I wish you had a good experienced groomer.

I was in a crisis health situation and needed boarding accommodations for my dog on short notice. Even though they were already full, Animal Doctor Blue Hills created a way to help my dog and me and kept her the 7 days I was in the hospital.
