This was a phone consultation with Dr Abernathy. She was very thorough and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time she spent talking about my cat’s issues and answering my questions. Very helpful!

Everyone was wonderful! Felt very confident in their care and trust the care we were given. Dr Richardson took time to explain her process and the bloodwork results came back in 30 minutes! That relieved my concerns and anxiety! My dog was so relaxed the entire time we were there-very different than previous experiences, where he was extremely anxious and shaking. The ability for your pet to see outside is a game changer-distraction from the usual anxiety of a vet visit. The techs and doctor observe your pet on the floor—another level (excuse the pun) of stress (less)- sorry, of diagnosing your pet’s condition. My dog is a senior, and I’m so thankful to have trust that he will receive kind and compassionate care from Dr Richardson. Thank you, Jane Gregg

I have my first anxious puppy who is frightened of people. I ve been nervous to take him to the vet for his first round of shots. But the staff there made Sir Woody feel like he was the guest of honor at his own party!! He never even knew he got poked in his bottom! It was amazing! I know for his next visit he will not be scared to go back, in fact he might be super excited!! I ll be back soon for a Happy Visit just to test this out. But thank you to all of you who made Woody feel like he was special!!
