I have never experienced such kind and compassionate veterinary care with any of our previous providers! We felt so taken care of by every staff member we interacted with. As long as we are in Longmont, our family will be loyal clients!

I m not sure if this was a one time thing or if it is always like this, but when I went to check out, I was standing on one end of the counter with my cat in his carrier at my feet. Another patient walked through the front door with their dog, and they ended up taking them back to a waiting room on the other side of the building, so their dog never walked by or even came close to my cat. I really appreciated that, because I know it can be stressful for my cat to be close to dogs. I don t know if that was planned, but that is something I ve never had happen at another vet.

Family Pet Hospital and all the Dr’s and staff are amazing

We were new to Family Pet Hospital. Our cat needed dental surgery. The staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly, caring and everything that was going to happen for our older cat was explained thoroughly. You truly know that these animals are family. My cat needed to be seen on short notice and the clinic got him in the same day. Dr. Cross and her nurse were incredibly kind, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. I left with a great plan for my cat s care and could not be happier with this clinic! I am profoundly grateful every time I visit this clinic.
