The new system seems to be working well!

I very much appreciate your care and expertise in supporting our dear barn cat Hoot (aka Hootie)! And, the steps taken for physical distancing.

In this time of social distancing, each business is implementing their own protocols to keep everyone safe. The curbside approach at Family Pet Hospital worked out perfect. I especially appreciated their efficiency and relaxed, loving approach. I am grateful for that because it s stressful having a sick pet!

With all this social distancing everyone still makes you feel important and treated with the same individualized care. Everyone is always concerned with my cat and followed up to make sure the treatment was effective.

Family Pet always takes good care of my pets. I feel they treat them like their own and treat me with patience and respect. I love that they follow up. They are very warm and welcoming.

The doctors and staff at Family Pet Hospital are very competent and caring. They are so attentive and gentle with my pet. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Since the day I walked in about 3 years ago I have had nothing but a smile on my face every time. Even through the sad times. The staff is amazingly nice and the atmosphere is very calming to me and my pets. I always recommend them if someone is looking for a vet for their pets.

This was the best vet appointment I have ever experienced! Dr. Abernathy gave us her full attention, honest opinions, and sound advice. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. My cat took this visit in stride. Normally, he experiences some elevated anxiety for a couple of days post-vet/shots/blood work, but this time he behaved like his normal, happy self! So thrilled to have found this veterinarian!

Daphne and I enjoyed our visit to your clinic. Daphne was very at ease which says a lot about her visit as she doesn t do well when having to see the vet. Love your atmosphere and care and concern for Daphne. I will be scheduling an appointment soon to get Daphne up to date on her needs.
