I love the staff at Family Pet Hospital! They take such good care of my fur babies and the experience is always wonderful for them! My cats were the calmest they have ever been to and from the visit…and during! And my dog had a blast ??

I noticed on my billing invoice that I need another appointment for a booster shot, but no one stated at the time of the appointment that I was going to need to come back soon. If I hadn t read over the statement, I m not sure if I would receive any notice from the office that this vaccine wasn t considered complete without the booster.

I believe I see a difference vet and vet asst every time and they are all great. I appreciate the time an explanations they give and their overall human kindness to me and my pet

Great Vet Clinic.

Dr. Dedolph was fantastic with us - very personable. She took ample time checking out our newly adopted dog, and making sure she was ok. I really appreciated Dr. D s time and her friendly and kind disposition :-).

At no fault if this clinic, I need to be better at declining care when it is over priced and beyond what is reasonable for a non health concern. Shaving hair mats on a young cat who does not properly groom herself should not cost $371

Everything was wonderful and comfortable.

The nurse and dr. Abernathy were very friendly, helped us understand the pricing, and answered any questions about our cats and best ways to ease stress with moving and bringing a baby home. Took great care of my cats and treated them like family.

Family Pet Hospital is wonderful and I am so grateful for your excellent care and kindness to my animals!

By far my favorite vet office we’ve been to in Longmont. We won’t be leaving.

Dr. Cross is the best. My dogs adore her and I so appreciate the extra time/energy/steps she takes with them and with me. You all are great but she is why we will always come back to this practice.

All in all. it was a great experience for my dog and myself. My dog got great care, and I felt heard and like all my concerns were met.

Dr. Cross is the absolute best vet in the absolutely best vet clinic that we have ever had! Thank you!

Really nice office, we already had worked with Dr. D before so we know she’s great but I appreciated how kind and gentle the other staff and techs were with Kuma. Felt more calm and relaxing than our old vet office, and they did the bloodwork in the room with me instead of taking her away.

Dr Abernathy is amazing. She takes time with my dog and me to explain everything. She listens and explains things in an easy to understand way. She never seems rushed and genuinely cares about my pet. KP at the front desk is also amazing. Very friendly and caring. These are the reasons I stay with Family Pet Hospital. :)

I was able to get my cat in for an urgent but not emergency appointment within 2 hours of my call. The tech and vet were wonderful.
