I have brought several of my dogs and cats to be fixed and for shots. The staff has always been very friendly and none of my animals have ever had a bad experience, which is more than I can say about the local vet.

I was under the impression when I made this appointment for kitten vaccination package that I would also get a coupon for spaying/neutering and I did not receive one. That is my only issue. Everything else was above satisfactory

PRCKC was great from start to finish. I wanted to help a feral cat in my neighborhood suffering from severe nerve damage to his tail, but had limited resources to do so. The Pet Resource Center of Kansas City was incredibly understanding, helpful, straightforward and transparent about the entire process. They put my mind at ease and worked with me to get the cat medically treated and on his way to recovery. Because of them, this cat can thrive again.

After receiving 3 reminder of appointment emails and prepaying our dog still wasn t on the appointment books when arriving. It was worked out but something is at faulty in the system. I know it s not all very complicated times but we thought we had it sorted before arriving.

I have to say that I have brought almost all my pets here and before and during covid they have been organized and have communicated through the whole process with my pets. I am thankful for that and I will definitely be bringing all future pets here. Keep up the great work that all of you do.
