Only disappointment is the communication by phone. No one answered the phone and I never received. Call back. I kept calling and on the 6th day, someone answered. Also, we were asked to be there by 8. We were the second car and we were not talked with until 8:25.

We will be bringing in the girl cats to be fixed.

Have used them twice to gave one my cats spayed and nurtured. Both times very helpful friendly. Was low cost to but good service.

When we dropped off our pets for their appointment we had to wait for over an hour before they were seen, and when we arrived to pick them up we also had to wait over an hour to be able to get them. We arrived early to our appointment and at the time we were supposed to pick them up. Even though everyone was nice, it was frustrating to have to wait.

I always appreciate and enjoy the staff whether at the facility or the mobile clinic. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
