Excellent experience. Both dogs were comfortable and calm. Drivethru worked very well.

I am a little unenthused about the fact that we were told we were going home with 4 days worth of medicine and then on as finy given half of that would be needed for a 4 day supply, now night three and we don t have any medication to give our obviously uncomfortable kitten. ??

Don’t have people make appointments and then have them wait in their car for an hour. What’s the point of an appointment? My car battery died because I was waiting for so long. People make appointments with other things in mind not thinking they will spend an hour sitting and waiting it’s ridiculous

Staff is always friendly and helpful

I got my dog from a breeder. The parents were on-site. The mother is a Siberian Husky and the father a Siberian Husky hybrid. The people shuffling the pets from car to building keep telling me she is a German Shepherd and keep changing her records to reflect that. I have spent time volunteering at Missouri German Shepherd Rescue and I can assure you that I know the difference between a Shepherd and a Husky and she is definitely a Husky. I understand that it can be difficult identifying breeds especially shelter dogs, but I actually do know my dogs breed and would like her records to reflect that. Thanks!

3/5 for appearance due to me not being able to see the interior of the place and the unfortunate way we have to do things due to Covid. But! My experience was amazing due to being affordable and my puppy feeling a whole ton better
