Your drop and pick-up lines are not well organized, and that makes some pet owners to lose patience and take over other people s turn. So far my pet is doing fine, but not happy about his collar.

I was very pleased with the staff. We brought our cat in to get shots, and neutured. My 9 year old was upset we had to leave him there, a staff member stopped what he was doing,(they were very busy) and came around the counter and kneeled down to reassure my daughter, her cat will be fine. He did not have to do that, but I appreciated it so much. I was very pleased with everyone there. You can really tell they LOVE animals! ?
