Moby and I had a great experience from start to finish at Spay and neuter KC. They were welcoming and we knew our boy Moby was in good hands. We have recommended them to all our friends and family and plan to return for Moby’s future needs as well as those of our future pups!

The staff have always been wonderful to us and to our pets. I am impressed with the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism we are met with there every single time. The experience is stressful due to the crowded parking lot and waiting room, but I think all of that is a reflection of the great service you provide to the community.

I have always had pets never have been able to take care of them but with you guys I’ve been able to take care of my animals I am so happy I’m so pleased that you guys provide for us thank you for contributing to help with my animals

Arrived at 9:00 but the first pet was taken back around 9:30. I was #6 but didn’t get done until about 10:30. Several customers were expressing their frustration over the long wait. Not worth the extra drive and wait time.

I was a bit concerned that my small 13 lb , 10 year old Yorkie cried out twice , it worries me , but I guess my old pup just can’t take needles like he used to ??... thank you all , you work so hard I greatly appreciate it ??

Every visit I make to this location has been the most pleasant experience. Every member that I have interacted with has a phenomenal outgoing and caring personality. I love that the employees are just as excited about our fur babies as we are and I am glad to know that I have a place to take my babies where they are loved and cared for just like they are at home. what a great service you provide

I was very happy with the service.

We have been bringing our dog, Juliette for 6 years with no issues. Then, on our 7th visit, Juliette was denied shots after a 3 hour wait due to anxiety . Very disappointed and waste of our time. There are large breed, dangerous looking dogs that probably have just as much if not more muscle and anxiety as my dog. And most likely received shots the same day! So upset our dog was dismissed.

I have a dog that is anxious and reactive to other dogs so I was nervous bringing him in. Luckily there was only one other dog there when I arrived, but the staff was so friendly and helped direct me to the back waiting area and reassured me that we could be kept separate from others. That really calmed my nerves and I know it calmed my dog too! I bring both of my dogs to Spay and Neuter and recommend them to all my dog owner friends! Thank you for being so understanding and helpful!!!

My experience was great! The person that came out to speak with me was friendly and knowledgeable, but I feel that the person who took my pet to the room for treatments had an attitude of annoyance. Everyone else was wonderful!

So organized, friendly, caring and clean facility. We will refer and return. We so appreciate the care you provided to our new family member.

I have used the clinic for seven feral cats I have trapped. You recent change in policy is presenting some problems for me. When dealing with feral cats that only come by once in a while I have no way of establishing a pattern for trapping so I can meet your reservation requirement. Please consider establishing a two or three day window for quick turnaround novice trappers so we can continue our attempts of population control. Thanks for Listening.
